STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all sales of products by Yoolbuy.com ("we", "our", or "us") to any client ("Client"). By placing an order with us, the Client accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Payment Terms

All orders must be paid in full (100% advance payment) prior to shipment.

2. Sourcing, Inspection, and Handover

As a company, we are responsible for identifying, inspecting, and procuring the requested products based on the specifications provided by the Client.

We conduct a product check and verification before handover to the designated shipping or logistics agent.

Our responsibility ends once the products are handed over to the shipping agent recommended by us or by the Client.

3. Shipping, Delivery, and Import Responsibilities

Shipping, delivery, customs clearance, and related taxes are the responsibility of the Client's Shipping Agent.

We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages that occur during transit, customs clearance, or final delivery once products have been handed over to the logistics provider.

If we offer logistics coordination as an added service, we will act as a facilitator but still do not bear direct liability for third-party shipping actions.

4. Warranty Terms

Products such as mobile phones and laptops include a 6-month limited warranty starting from the date of delivery to the Client.

The warranty covers software and internal system-related issues only.

It does not cover physical damage, water damage, misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.

For any valid warranty claim, the Client must return the product to our designated warehouse at their own shipping cost. We will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

Any damage occurring after product handover to the shipping agent is not covered by warranty.

5. Claims and Discrepancies

Any issues such as wrong items, missing quantities, or visible defects must be reported in writing within 8 calendar days of delivery.

If no claim is made within this period, the order will be considered accepted.

Valid claims will be resolved through replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited strictly to the value of the affected products, prior to shipment.

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including damages during transit or customs delays.
